The client, Evander Properties (now merged with Peel Logistics), recognised that a 360 imagery Virtual Tour is the perfect way to market any property, in this case enabling potential occupiers and investors to take a ‘virtual walk’ through the property as if they had physically stepped inside. A 360 imagery Virtual Tour gives an absolutely true sense of the specification, configuration and layout of a building that flat brochures and floor/site plans can not. It saves both the agent and the customer wasted time on initial viewings if, for whatever reason, the property is unsuitable.

Whilst this is one of our usual, standard 360 virtual tours, there is nothing “standard” about it! The 9 scenes take you on a seamless tour around the building, 5 of the scenes having been shot from 8 metres in the air using our unique in-house mast set-up. This technique is perfect for creating the opening “WOW” shot to the tour as it lifts the viewers eye over parked cars, buses and street furniture. Our bespoke designed Graphic User Interface (GUI) enables the viewer to easily navigate around the building by either clicking on directional arrows within each scene, thumbnails or using the interactive site/floor plans with hot spot markers.

All 360 imagery Virtual Tours are created using high-resolution photography (so you can zoom right in with no image distortion) and are fully optimised to download quickly and seamlessly. Our tours are mobile responsive, published in HTML5, which means they are cross-platform compatible for desktop,iOS and Android viewing. They can be viewed both online and offline (for meeting/ client demonstration etc) and are not reliant on “cloud” hosting or tethering to the internet.
