CGI-based virtual tours are becoming more and more popular with developer clients. I’ve been producing these for a few years now, adding them to my standard offering of marketing services.

CGI virtual tours are a great way to start the marketing process well in advance before a site has been prepared for construction and for visualising how a scheme could look with various sizing / unit layouts.

For this project, we worked closely with the clients’ marketing team to advise the best angles to position the “virtual camera” to get the best viewpoints to show off not only the proposed development, but also its proximity to the road network and M1 Motorway.

Add to this a bespoke-designed User Interface designed around the development branding, and hey-presto – a brilliant piece of marketing collateral!
