Another Stunning 360imagery Virtual Tour for Repeat Client Goodman

360imagery has been Goodman’s sole supplier of 360 virtual tours since 2014 and, to date, has created virtual tours for 28 of its schemes (and counting!). Work has ranged from huge business parks, ‘big sheds’, individual logistics / warehouse properties and last/final mile warehouses to development schemes – I’ve done them all. Here is one of my most recent jobs – a bespoke virtual tour of one of Goodman‘s latest developments – Purfleet 343 – an impressive 343,000 sq ft warehouse / logistics shed located next to Junction 30/31 of the M25 – a perfect logistics position for fast access into east and central London, the M25 and beyond. The “Regional Overview” is an aerial 360 rendered from Google Earth from an impressive altitude of 20 miles – the perfect shot to highlight the position of the building in context to the principal road network – one of the most important factors in logistics / warehouse operations. I include this regional overview to every one of my virtual tours – and I am the only virtual tour supplier that can create them.

Then you swoop down to 4 aerial panoramic photographs captured using a drone from 400 ft – outlining the building and adding in graphic overlays of access to the motorway, local warehouse occupiers and information about the building. Then, of course, the specific panoramas in and around the building itself, populated with pertinent information critical to a potential logistics occupier: size, eaves height, floor loading, dock door numbers, etc. Add to this a location plan, interactive site plan and the marketing agents contact details, and you have one of the most immersive and interactive marketing tools available in the market place today.

This is what the client has to say about my service:

As with all our virtual tours, this example can be viewed on mobile devices using the gyroscope feature to look around (smartphones and tablets) and even in virtual reality (VR) using Google Cardboard VR viewers or Oculus Go. The tours work cross-platform on iOS, Android and PC / Mac and are also mobile-responsive.
