DP World was yet another new client for 2024 and this is the first commission: not one, but three logistics / warehouse unit virtual tours of units on its Thames Gateway Logistics Park. This is LG150.

This is, yet again, one of my “standard” pieces of work that clients come to expect from 360imagery but there really is nothing “standard” about it! I am constantly keeping ahead of the competition by improving and adding new elements to my virtual tours, leading the industry and setting new standards. As usual, this tour includes:

  • Regional 360 panorama rendered from Google Earth Studio – highlighting the strategic position of this logistics park to move container shipping in and out of London using the Thames.
  • 4 x drone aerial 360s capture every side of the unit – added with road graphic overlays and local occupier detail.
  • Integrated Location Map, Site Plan and Agent details.
  • Animated hotspots within the scenes allow you to take a ‘virtual walk’ around the site and building.
  • Text-based annotations throughout the tour display useful information: unit sizes, eaves height, floor areas, etc.
  • 360 degree panning x 180 degree up / down view for a truly immersive virtual tour experience. VR ready for viewing in Google Cardboard & VR viewers.
  • Navigation buttons, help screen, tripod cap (called the UI, or User Interface) all designed around the client corporate identity, logo & colour sway.
  • Virtual tour published in HTML5 for viewing on all current platforms, iOS, Android, desktop, etc & mobile-responsive.
  • ‘White Label’, unbranded service available.
