To most people, a logistics warehouse (aka “shed”) is just a big, metal box. And they’d be right! So, one of the few ways a developer can differentiate its shed to a competitors is by adopting a unique colour palette. And this client is no exception – bright orange! It certainly does stick out and you notice it driving past!

This virtual tour was the first from new client EVO Industrial back in 2023. It may not be the biggest shed, but as far as a “last mile” or “final mile” logistics warehouse goes, it’s near-on perfect! From the very start of the tour, you know exactly where this property is in relation to Heathrow Airport (just look how “square on” and close to the end of the runway this property is on “Aerial View 2” – no wonder Heathrow Airport Air Traffic Control gave me a limited height restriction of only 30 metres!).

As is standard with all my property virtual tours, this includes:

  • 2 x aerial drone 360s captured from c.90 feet (normally 400 ft!).
  • Regional “high level” aerial 360 rendered from Google Earth and annotated with the regional road / motorway network – perfect for showing how the building connects with the principal road network.
  • Other scenes captured using eye-level and mast elevated equipment.
  • Animated hotspots within the scenes allow you to take a ‘virtual walk’ around the site and inside the building.
  • 360 degree panning x 180 degree up / down view for a truly immersive virtual tour experience. VR ready for viewing in Google Cardboard & VR viewers.
  • User Interface designed around the client corporate branding for that unique, bespoke look. No bland, generic 3rd party branding here!
  • HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography techniques evens out the lightest and darkest areas of the image, so you won’t see ‘blown out’ windows or loss of detail.
  • Virtual tour compatible with all current platforms (iOS, Android, PC, etc) and is mobile-responsive. No separate dedicated app, specialist software or plugin required to view.
  • ‘White Label’, unbranded service available.
