HBD | Airport Business Park - 360imagery Virtual Tours

An aerial-only 360 virtual tour for repeat client HBD (formerly Henry Boot Developments) used to highlight the remaining available development plots at Airport Business Park, Southend. This is one of a number of schemes I’ve been working on in 2024 for repeat client HBD.

This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this site since my first visit way back in 2020 – this time to reshoot and update the virtual tour as the park has developed.

This may look like a very straightforward commission – 6 x aerial 360s captured from up to 400 ft. However, the magic really happens back in the studio when not only do I design the User Interface around both the client and development branding, but you’ll see added graphic overlays to the various available plots – along with text annotations – of the next phases of development into the aerial shots so potential occupiers can easily see what space remains available to be built, allowing for D&B (design & build) opportunities.
