This is the second scheme for Wrenbridge I’ve created one of my bespoke virtual tours at (the first being Waltham X) – this is Gateway Cambridge, an 8 unit warehouse / industrial scheme next to the A14 and only 8 miles to Cambridge.

This is, yet again, one of my “standard” pieces of work that clients come to expect from 360imagery but there really is nothing “standard” about it! I am constantly keeping ahead of the competition by improving and adding new elements to my virtual tours, leading the industry and setting new standards. As usual, this tour includes:

  • Regional 360 panorama rendered from Google Earth Studio – highlighting the strategic position of this logistics unit next to the M1 motorway with fast, direct link to Sheffield city centre.
  • 3 x drone aerial 360s capture every side of the unit – added with road graphic overlays and local occupier detail.
  • Integrated Location Map, Site Plan and Agent details.
  • Animated hotspots within the scenes allow you to take a ‘virtual walk’ around the site and inside the 3 vacant buildings being marketed at that time.
  • Text-based annotations throughout the tour display useful information: unit sizes, eaves height, floor areas, etc.
  • 360 degree panning x 180 degree up / down view for a truly immersive virtual tour experience. VR ready for viewing in Google Cardboard & VR viewers.
  • Navigation buttons, help screen, tripod cap (called the UI, or User Interface) all designed around the client corporate identity, logo & colour sway.
  • Virtual tour published in HTML5 for viewing on all current platforms, iOS, Android, desktop, etc & mobile-responsive.
  • ‘White Label’, unbranded service available.
